Reach Defense Founder Nico Roe Discusses Getting Tech to the Warfighter Faster

Founder and CEO Nico Roe of Reach Defense joined us to talk about the gap between defense innovators building new technology and the warfighters who ultimately need it.

Drawing on his experience as a former Navy SEAL, Nico Roe discussed why Reach Defense is focused on creating better environments for defense companies to test, evaluate, and refine their technologies before those capabilities reach the field. His goal is to help innovators better understand how their systems perform while giving warfighters access to equipment they can trust in the field.

As a member of the Integrated Warfighter Ecosystem (IWE), Reach Defense joins a broader network of companies working around real warfighter requirements and getting critical capabilities to the field faster. That mission-focused collaboration is central to what the IWE was built to support.

Interested in becoming part of the Integrated Warfighter Ecosystem? Join the IWE to connect with organizations working across the defense ecosystem and explore opportunities to bring capabilities together around the warfighter mission.
